Description
Androgenetic alopecia causes permanent hair loss on the scalp and is conditioned by genes and family inheritance. It can affect both sexes, although it is more common in males. Telogen effluvium causes weakening and shedding of hair, which is usually temporary and therefore can be recovered with appropriate treatment. The most common causes are deficiencies, extreme physical exercise, anemia, postpartum (up to a year after), physical or emotional stress, and thyroid problems. Telogen effluvium can also result in lack of shine in the hair and hair fragility. Capillary Mesotherapy is the most effective aesthetic treatment for addressing hair loss and weakening. It stimulates hair follicles and the regeneration of hair cells, promoting improvement in the hair problem. In the Trichology Unit of HM Sanchinarro in Madrid, we consider an individualized diagnostic and therapeutic approach essential, focusing on each particular case. We offer specialized medical and cosmetic treatments to prevent and stop hair loss, as well as other hair disorders such as dandruff, excess oil, or itching.
