Order shipments

Shipping costs in mainland Spain are free for orders over €60. The shipping time is 24 – 48 hours. Orders received on the same day are considered those received before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays or holidays in the Community of Madrid). In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla shipments will be 40 € with a delivery time of 2-3 days.

In the case of Balearic Islands the shipping costs will be 9 euros plus additional costs (duas, inter-island dragging and customs tax) to be paid to the carrier on site upon delivery.

In Portugal the shipping costs will be 9 euros.

In Andorra, Gibraltar, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Greece and Denmark the shipping cost will be 20 euros for packages up to 2kg. In case of heavier weights, please call +34 653 73 46 46 88.

For the United Kingdom, shipping costs will be 25 euros for packages up to 2kg. In case of heavier weights, please call +34 653 73 46 88.

For USA and other countries in the rest of the world it will be 40 euros for packages up to 2kg. In case of heavier weights, please call +34 653 73 46 46 88.

In case of stock out or delay in delivery of the product, the customer will be informed.

Order Tracking

The customer will receive an email from the transport company TIPSA informing them of the status of their order and the delivery forecast. If there is any problem with the reception of the order, please contact the telephone number +34 653 73 46 88.

Returns

The user may exercise the right of cancellation and withdrawal, without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it has not been opened or tampered with, by sending the withdrawal form common to Europe filled out to info@tudermaonline.com. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Once the product has been received back at our facilities and after checking its perfect condition, TUDERMAONLINE will proceed to refund the full amount paid to purchase the item as soon as possible.

In the case of a factory defect or poor condition of the product, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item through an email to info@tudermaonline.com. In this case, TUDERMAONLINE will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and after checking the condition of the product, it will proceed, if applicable, to a full refund of the price paid for it.
