We spoke with the Dr. Virginia Sánchez which tells us the best tricks for skin care and to achieve a radiant appearance.
– Every morning cleanse your face with water and a mild cleanser, for example in the form of a foaming gel (without soap or detergents) that is convenient to use during the shower. Then apply a fluid moisturizer with SPF 15 or 20 before makeup.
– In the evening, remove make-up with a cleansing water and then apply a treatment cream with glycolic acid, retinol or vitamin C. glycolic acid, retinol or vitamin C.. Alternating treatments and changing them from time to time usually gives good results.
– Avoid exposure to the sun in the central hours of the day and always wear a sunscreen with SPF 50+, a hat and sunglasses. In winter or in less dangerous hours, a filter with SPF 15 or 20 can be used.
– Try to keep physical or emotional stress under control. The skin is one of the organs of the body where a psychological or nervous system problem manifests itself the most. Generally there is a genetic tendency to suffer from certain skin disorders, but they appear or worsen under circumstances of physical or emotional stress.
