The ideal beauty routine for your skin

From the age of 30 onwards, the first signs of aging begin to appear, so it is essential to take good care of the skin. The main objectives are to cleanse, moisturize and protect from the sun. If we want to go further and do prevention we must use certain specific treatments aimed at each individual problem, preferably at night. In this way our skin will be more beautiful in the short and long term.

Facial cleansing: any cosmetic presentation can be used (cleansing cream or gel, foam, dermatological bread, micellar water, etc). Daily use sunscreen: More fluid or creamy depending on whether your skin is more oily or drier. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, a fluid texture that does not add oil to the skin is ideal.
